Message Sure, if you were selling a Camaro, no problem. Or an El Camino. But something with an actual suspension that doesn't use pushrods? I suppose you could remove the hatchback and tell people it's a truck ;)

Location, location, location, too. I just bought a 1990 TT last month and paid more than you're asking, but I'm in California. And my Z only has 27,000 miles on it. The one I bought had no mods whatsoever, which was a big factor in why I bought it.

You obviously have to find someone who actually knows what you're selling, but make sure you highlight work you've done to the car. If the timing belt has been done recently, put that in. That's a big ticket item on these cars and I paid more for my first Z (a 96) because the timing belt wasn't an issue, compared to another Z I was shopping at the same time that needed that service.
